BTC 2023 Forms

There are three ways to pay for your fees:

1. – By cheque made payable to Bowmanville Tennis Club
2. – By e-transfer to bowmanvilletennis@hotmail.com
3. – At the courts, May 6th 10am to 2pm – cash or cheques only

There are four ways to deliver your fees and Registration and Waiver Forms

1. By mail c/o June Schultz 32 Strathmanor Drive, Bowmanville, Ontario, L1C4L3
2. By drop off c/o Denis Beaulieu (mailbox) 97 Ontario Street, Bowmanville, Ontario L1C 2T2
3. By scanning your signed forms and emailing them to June Schultz at June Schultz
4. At the courts, May 6th 10am to 2pm

Membership Fee Structure:

                                            

Youth (under 17)               $60.00                                        
Adult Single                        $190.00                                       
Adult Couple                      $340.00                                       
Family                                  $380.00                                       
Tennis Key (If Needed)   $20.00  

Notes:

• A Youth (Junior) is a member who is under 17 as of May 1
• A couple is two adults living in the same household
• A Family refers to yourself, spouse, dependents living in the same household
• A $20.00 refundable deposit applies if you need or have to replace a key
