BTC 2026 Forms

There are three ways to pay for your fees:

1. – By cheque made payable to Bowmanville Tennis Club
2. – By e-transfer to bowmanvilletennis@hotmail.com
3. – At the courts, May 4th 10am to 2pm – cash or cheques only

There are four ways to deliver your fees and Registration and Waiver Forms

1. By mail c/o June Schultz
2. By drop off to Denis Beaulieu
3. By scanning your signed forms and emailing them to June Schultz
4. At the courts, May 2nd 10am to 2pm

SPECIFIC INTRUCTIONS FOR FEE PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF FORMS IS ON THE REGISTRATION FORM

Membership Fee Structure:

                                            

Youth (under 18)               $65.00                                        
Adult Single                       $200.00                                       
Adult Couple                     $360.00                                       
Family                                $400.00                                       
Tennis Key (If Needed)    $20.00  

Notes:

• A Youth (Junior) is a member who is under 18 as of May 1
• A couple is two adults living in the same household
• A Family living in the same household
• A $20.00 refundable deposit applies if you need or have to replace a key
